Lepidium spp. ‘Green Dragon’
Another beautiful cress which is very similar to ‘Emerald Beads’ but with a stronger more branching habit, so a few stems go a long way. The apple green stems are covered in tiny, delicate seed pods. It is durable and ages to sunset shades of pink and gold which make a useful addition in autumnal arrangements.

Growing tips: For good succession sow little and often, ideally every two weeks.
Harvesting/Arranging tips: Harvest when all the flowers have turned to seed pods up to the tip of the stem. Airy, textural filler for meadow-style arrangements with other hardy annuals. Also provides a light green foil for garden roses and clematis and a golden one with dahlias.
